Every piece sold by F-Roma is guaranteed 100% genuine. We are an independent reseller, and authenticity is the basis of our business.

Our authenticity guarantee

Before a bag is listed or shipped, our specialists go through a multi-point inspection: the grain and finish of the leather, the stitching, the hardware and its engravings, the lining, the serial and date codes and the overall construction are all compared with the maker’s standards.

Each order is accompanied by a Digital Certificate of Authenticity with a unique code that you can check at any time on our Verify Authenticity page.

Should an item ever prove not to be genuine

If a recognised, independent authentication service concludes in writing that an item bought from us is not genuine, we accept the return and refund the full purchase price, together with the original and return shipping. There is no time limit, provided the item is the one we supplied and is returned in the condition in which it arrived.

To open a claim, email support@f-roma.com with your order number and the written report from the authentication service.

Condition guarantee

Each listing describes the condition honestly and the photographs show the actual bag you will receive. Should an item arrive in a condition materially different from its description, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the return and refund you in full.

What is not covered

Ordinary wear after delivery, damage caused by accidents, misuse or unauthorised repairs, and changes of mind outside the 14-day return period described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
