These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from F-Roma. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

F-Roma is an independent reseller of genuine pre-owned and previous-season luxury handbags. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands whose products appear on this site. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the items we sell.

Products

Each item is genuine and individually inspected. Because most pieces are one of a kind, quantities are limited and an item may sell out while it is still shown on the site. The photographs show the actual item; slight colour differences between screens are normal.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include import duties and taxes. Payment is collected at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if the price or description contained an obvious mistake, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you receive a full refund.

Delivery

Shipping is free on orders above 300 USD, and every parcel is insured and tracked. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for the details.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition with all packaging, the dust bag and the certificate. The full conditions are in Shipping & Returns.

Authenticity

Our authenticity commitment and the claims procedure are set out in the Guarantee Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
