This policy describes which personal data F-Roma collects, why we need it and which rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address and phone number. When you write to us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. When you subscribe: your email address. Automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site running and secure.

What we never collect

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed entirely by our payment provider on their own secure systems.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to handle returns and authenticity claims, to meet our legal and accounting duties and, only if you asked for it, to send you news and offers.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to complete your order: our payment provider, our delivery partners and our IT and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use for marketing. Write to support@f-roma.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use cookies that are essential for the site to work, such as keeping your shopping bag and your session, and, where allowed, simple analytics that show us which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, although some parts of the site may then stop working.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to order data is restricted to the people who need it.
