What we accept

We buy only genuine designer handbags that meet our condition standards.

We are happy to take:

  • Brand-new bags.
  • Pre-owned bags in as-new condition, without any visible marks of use.
  • Bags bought in boutiques or official outlets.
  • Pieces from current and previous seasons.

We do not take:

  • Vintage bags.
  • Bags with any flaw at all: scuffs, worn corners, marks, odours, damaged hardware, colour changes or other traces of wear.

How selling works

Step 1 — First review from your photos

Send us clear photographs and, ideally, a short video of the bag.

If you have them, add any papers that support authenticity, such as:

  • The original receipt.
  • A certificate of authenticity.
  • The authenticity card.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Any other documents that came with the bag.

From this material our authentication team makes a first assessment of the bag and its condition.

If the bag passes this stage and fits our criteria, we invite you to the final inspection.

Step 2 — Final inspection in person

You ship the bag to our authentication team using an insured, tracked service.

On arrival every bag is examined in full. We confirm that:

  • the bag is genuine;
  • it is the very same item shown in your photos and video;
  • its condition matches your description;
  • nothing was damaged in transit.

Payment

When the bag passes the final inspection in the condition you described, we release payment straight away.

Box, dust bag and accessories

Original packaging is welcome but not essential.

We also buy bags that come without their box, dust bag, cards or receipt. Please bear in mind that missing accessories lower the offer.
