Your order leaves us within 1–2 working days once authentication is complete. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days; express, 1–2 working days.
Standard shipping is free on orders above $300. Each parcel is insured for its full value, tracked end to end and handed over against a signature.
Shipping abroad
We deliver to every country. Allow 7–14 working days depending on where you are. Duties and import taxes are already in the price, so there is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to send an item back. It must be unused and exactly as it arrived, with the tags, packaging, dust bag and certificate of authenticity.
Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
How it is packed
Every bag is wrapped in protective tissue and placed in a sturdy box, together with its Digital Certificate of Authenticity.

Looking after your bag
Fine leathers and natural materials age beautifully when treated with a little care.
- keep it in its dust bag, out of direct sun and away from heat sources;
- protect suede and calf hair from rain and damp;
- keep perfume, make-up and pale fabrics away from the leather;
- pad the interior lightly so the shape holds while stored.
Repairs
For cleaning, colour refreshing, hardware or stitching work we partner with experienced leather craftspeople. Email a few photos to support@f-roma.com and we will suggest the right option and a quote.
Treated well, your bag will stay in fine condition for many years.
